🔧 Work Description :

1. Foam Wash & Complete Cleaning:

The service begins with a full foam wash to remove dirt, dust, and contaminants, ensuring the scooter is properly prepared for maintenance and inspection.

2. CVT Transmission Basic Service:

The CVT cover is opened, and internal dust and debris are cleaned. Variator and clutch components are cleaned and lightly lubricated to maintain smooth power delivery and operation.

3. Braking System Inspection & Service:

Brake pads, calipers, and drum components are thoroughly cleaned and adjusted. Brake levers are lubricated to ensure smooth and responsive braking performance.

4. Air Intake & Ignition Service:

The air filter is cleaned to maintain proper airflow. The spark plug is inspected, cleaned, and correctly adjusted to ensure efficient combustion.

5. EFI System Basic Inspection:

Throttle body exterior is cleaned, injector line is visually inspected, and essential sensors are checked for proper operation (advanced diagnostics not included).

6. Battery & Electrical System Check:

Battery voltage and condition are checked. Lights, horn, switches, and wiring connections are inspected and secured to ensure reliable electrical performance.

7. Throttle & Cable Adjustment:

৫. EFI সিস্টেম বেসিক পরীক্ষা:

থ্রটল বডির বাহির পরিষ্কার করা হয়, ইনজেক্টর লাইন ভিজ্যুয়ালি পরীক্ষা করা হয় এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সেন্সরগুলো চেক করা হয় (ডিপ ডায়াগনস্টিক অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়)।

ব্যাটারির অবস্থা ও ভোল্টেজ পরীক্ষা করা হয়। লাইট, হর্ন, সুইচ ও ওয়্যারিং কানেকশন পরীক্ষা করে ঠিক করা হয়।

৭. থ্রটল ও কেবল অ্যাডজাস্টমেন্ট:

থ্রটল কেবলের ফ্রি-প্লে ঠিক করে মসৃণ এক্সেলারেশন নিশ্চিত করা হয়।

৮. চাকা ও বেয়ারিং পরীক্ষা:

This service restores factory-level steering stability through complete disassembly, bearing inspection, and calibrated preload adjustment. Each bearing surface is thoroughly cleaned, high-temperature grease is applied, and all components are torqued according to manufacturer specifications to eliminate wobble, vibration, and steering play.

All cables and brake lines are properly repositioned to ensure free movement during full-lock turns. A dynamic alignment check is then performed to ensure straight-line stability and smooth cornering.

The general maintenance service begins with recording the customer's concerns on the job card. The process starts with a complete preliminary wash to remove dirt and dust from the scooter, ensuring it is properly prepared for servicing.

1️⃣CVT Drive:

The transmission system is thoroughly inspected and serviced. The front and rear clutch drive components of the CVT are completely cleaned, dried, and lubricated. Any damaged parts are replaced as necessary to ensure smooth riding performance.

2️⃣Braking System:

A detailed inspection and servicing are carried out. The front and rear brake calipers, pads, or drum brakes are cleaned. Wheel bearings are lubricated/greased and replaced if required. Brake levers are cleaned, dried, and lubricated to ensure smooth operation.

3️⃣Air Intake System:

The air filter is cleaned or replaced if necessary and properly installed. The spark plug is cleaned, dried, and adjusted correctly, or replaced if required.

4️⃣Engine Oil / Coolant:

Engine oil, transmission oil, and engine coolant are checked and topped up as needed. The battery condition is also inspected to ensure reliable performance.

5️⃣Tire Pressure:

Front and rear tire pressures are adjusted according to the recommended specifications to ensure safe and balanced riding.

🟢Final Check:

The scooter is test-ridden to verify the quality of the work, and then handed over to the customer.

জেনারেল মেইনটেন্যান্স সার্ভিস প্রথমে জব কার্ডে কাস্টমারের সমস্যাগুলো লিপিবদ্ধ করা হয়। একটি সম্পূর্ণ প্রাথমিক ধোয়ার মাধ্যমে সার্ভিস শুরু হয়, যাতে স্কুটারের ময়লা ও ধুলা পরিষ্কার করে সার্ভিসের জন্য প্রস্তুত করা যায়।

🔧 Work Description:

1. Complete Body Disassembly & Cleaning

The service begins with complete disassembly of the scooter body. A thorough foam wash is performed to remove dirt and contaminants, ensuring all mechanical and functional components can be properly inspected and restored.

2. CVT Transmission System Service:

The front and rear pulleys of the CVT system are thoroughly cleaned, dried, and lubricated. Damaged components are replaced as necessary to ensure smooth and efficient power transmission.

3. Braking System Enhancement:

Brake pads, drum brakes, calipers, and levers are cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted. The master cylinder is inspected, and complete brake fluid bleeding is performed to ensure maximum braking performance.

4. Throttle & Accelerator Control:

Throttle and accelerator cables are inspected and adjusted or replaced as necessary to ensure precise acceleration and smooth control.

5. Intake & Ignition System Service:

The air filter is cleaned or replaced as required. The spark plug is inspected, cleaned, properly calibrated, or replaced if necessary.

6. Fuel & Air Delivery Service:

The carburetor or throttle body is cleaned, sensors are tuned, and overall engine performance is optimized.

7. Electrical & Starting System Inspection:

The starter relay is inspected and protected against corrosion. The self-starter motor is cleaned or overhauled if required. Stator components are inspected, cleaned, and properly reinstalled.

8. Engine Cooling & EFI Diagnostics:

11. Electrical Connectors & Battery Check:

All electrical connectors are cleaned and lubricated. Battery condition is inspected and replaced if necessary.

12. Tire Pressure Adjustment:

Front and rear tire pressures are adjusted according to manufacturer specifications to ensure safe and balanced riding.

13. Full Diagnostic Check:

Using diagnostic equipment, the ECU, RPM, throttle response, and all electrical functions are thoroughly checked and properly adjusted.

14. Dual Fog Light & Horn Installation:

This service provides a factory-grade installation of dual fog lights and a dual horn system designed for modern scooters. All work is carried out following OEM-standard wiring practices, including accurate load calculation, fused relay integration, and heat-resistant, automotive-grade wiring to ensure long-term electrical reliability.

The process includes secure wiring harness routing, moisture-resistant connectors, current-draw validation, and properly calibrated grounding to protect the ECU, sensors, and charging system. The result is improved visibility, enhanced road presence, and a clean, factory-quality finish—without compromising battery health or wiring integrity.

The scooter is test-ridden to verify overall service quality and performance, and then handed over to the customer.

🔧 কাজের বিবরণ.

১. সম্পূর্ণ বডি খুলে পরিষ্কার করা:

সার্ভিসটি স্কুটারের সম্পূর্ণ বডি খুলে ফেলার মাধ্যমে শুরু হয়। এরপর ফোম ওয়াশের মাধ্যমে সম্পূর্ণ স্কুটার পরিষ্কার করা হয়, যাতে ময়লা ও ধুলো দূর হয়ে প্রতিটি যান্ত্রিক ও কার্যকরী অংশ সঠিকভাবে পরীক্ষা ও পুনরুদ্ধার করা যায়।

২. CVT ট্রান্সমিশন সিস্টেম সার্ভিস:

CVT সিস্টেমের সামনের ও পিছনের পুলি সম্পূর্ণভাবে পরিষ্কার, শুকানো এবং লুব্রিকেট করা হয়। প্রয়োজনে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অংশ পরিবর্তন করা হয়, যাতে শক্তি সঞ্চালন মসৃণ ও কার্যকর থাকে।

৩. ব্রেকিং সিস্টেম উন্নতকরণ:

ব্রেক প্যাড, ড্রাম ব্রেক, ক্যালিপার এবং লিভার পরিষ্কার, লুব্রিকেট ও সমন্বয় করা হয়। মাস্টার সিলিন্ডার পরীক্ষা করা হয় এবং সম্পূর্ণ ব্রেক ফ্লুইড ব্লিডিং করা হয়, যাতে সর্বোচ্চ ব্রেকিং পারফরম্যান্স নিশ্চিত হয়।

৪. থ্রটল ও অ্যাক্সেলারেটর কন্ট্রোল:

থ্রটল ও অ্যাক্সেলারেটর কেবল পরীক্ষা করে প্রয়োজনে সমন্বয় বা পরিবর্তন করা হয়, যাতে ত্বরণ সঠিক ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ মসৃণ হয়।

৫. ইনটেক ও ইগনিশন সিস্টেম সার্ভিস:

এয়ার ফিল্টার পরিষ্কার বা প্রয়োজনে পরিবর্তন করা হয়। স্পার্ক প্লাগ পরীক্ষা, পরিষ্কার ও সঠিকভাবে ক্যালিব্রেট করা হয়, অথবা প্রয়োজনে নতুনটি প্রতিস্থাপন করা হয়।

৬. ফুয়েল ও এয়ার ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস:

কার্বুরেটর বা থ্রটল বডি পরিষ্কার করা হয়, সেন্সর টিউনিং করা হয় এবং ইঞ্জিনের সামগ্রিক পারফরম্যান্স অপ্টিমাইজ করা হয়।

৭. ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ও স্টার্টিং সিস্টেম পরীক্ষা:

স্টার্টার রিলে পরীক্ষা করে মরিচা থেকে সুরক্ষিত করা হয়। সেল্ফ-স্টার্ট মোটর পরিষ্কার বা প্রয়োজনে ওভারহল করা হয়। স্টেটর কম্পোনেন্ট পরীক্ষা, পরিষ্কার এবং পুনরায় সঠিকভাবে স্থাপন করা হয়।

৮. ইঞ্জিন কুলিং ও EFI ডায়াগনস্টিক:

কুল্যান্ট পরীক্ষা করে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পূরণ করা হয়। EFI ডায়াগনস্টিক স্ক্যানের মাধ্যমে সিস্টেম পরীক্ষা করা হয় এবং O₂ সেন্সর পরিষ্কার ও পুনঃক্যালিব্রেশন করা হয়।

৯. সাসপেনশন ও স্টিয়ারিং সার্ভিস:

ফ্রন্ট ফর্ক পরিষ্কার করা হয়, নতুন সিল বসানো হয় এবং ফর্ক অয়েল পরিবর্তন করা হয়। স্টিয়ারিং রেস বেয়ারিং পরীক্ষা করে প্রয়োজনে পরিবর্তন করা হয়।

১০. বুশিং ও হুইল বেয়ারিং মেইনটেন্যান্স:

ইঞ্জিন হ্যাঙ্গার এবং রিয়ার সাসপেনশন বুশিং পরীক্ষা করে প্রয়োজনে পরিবর্তন করা হয়। চাকার বেয়ারিং পরিষ্কার, লুব্রিকেট অথবা প্রয়োজনে পরিবর্তন করা হয়।

১১. ইলেকট্রিক্যাল কানেক্টর ও ব্যাটারি পরীক্ষা:

সব ইলেকট্রিক্যাল কানেক্টর পরিষ্কার ও লুব্রিকেট করা হয়। ব্যাটারির অবস্থা পরীক্ষা করা হয় এবং প্রয়োজনে নতুন ব্যাটারি প্রতিস্থাপন করা হয়।

১২. টায়ার প্রেশার সমন্বয়:

সামনের ও পিছনের টায়ারের প্রেশার নির্ধারিত মান অনুযায়ী সমন্বয় করা হয়, যাতে নিরাপদ ও ব্যালেন্সড রাইডিং নিশ্চিত হয়।

১৩. সম্পূর্ণ ডায়াগনস্টিক চেক:

ডায়াগনস্টিক ডিভাইসের মাধ্যমে ECU, RPM, থ্রটল রেসপন্স এবং সকল ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ফাংশন পরীক্ষা করে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সমন্বয় করা হয়।

১৪. ডুয়াল ফগ লাইট ও হর্ন ইনস্টলেশন:

এই সার্ভিসে আধুনিক স্কুটারের জন্য ডুয়াল ফগ লাইট ও ডুয়াল হর্ন সিস্টেম ফ্যাক্টরি-গ্রেড মান বজায় রেখে ইনস্টল করা হয়। প্রতিটি কাজ OEM স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ওয়্যারিং প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করে সম্পন্ন করা হয়, যেখানে সঠিক লোড ক্যালকুলেশন, ফিউজড রিলে সংযোজন এবং হিট-রেজিস্ট্যান্ট অটোমোটিভ-গ্রেড ওয়্যার ব্যবহার করা হয়, যাতে দীর্ঘমেয়াদি নির্ভরযোগ্যতা নিশ্চিত হয়।

ইনস্টলেশন প্রক্রিয়ায় সুরক্ষিত ওয়্যারিং রাউটিং, আর্দ্রতা-প্রতিরোধী কানেক্টর, কারেন্ট ড্র পরীক্ষা এবং সঠিক গ্রাউন্ডিং নিশ্চিত করা হয়, যাতে ECU, সেন্সর ও চার্জিং সিস্টেম সুরক্ষিত থাকে। এর ফলে উন্নত ভিজিবিলিটি, শক্তিশালী উপস্থিতি এবং ফ্যাক্টরি-ফিনিশড লুক পাওয়া যায়, ব্যাটারি বা ওয়্যারিংয়ের কোনো ক্ষতি ছাড়াই।
