Matt Ricke (he/they) serves as a University Ombuds for Colorado State University. The Office of the Ombuds is a confidential and informal resource for all employees of Colorado State University who voluntarily seek help in resolving concerns and conflicts related to the workplace.
Confidentiality Notice: Communications with the Ombuds Office are confidential and do not constitute legal or formal notice to the University. I do not disclose the identity of visitors or the specifics of conversations without explicit permission, except in cases of imminent risk of harm.
