- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `title` (What feels stuck right now?), `Discussion` (Where is that showing up most?), `Tried` (What have you already tried to fix this?), `Notworking` (What do you think isn’t clicking right now?), `90days` (What would you want to see change in the next 90 days?)
- Optional fields: `guests` (Add guests)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
