Initial consultation
45 min meeting with Derrick Soh over Cal Video. A first session with a Natewell TCM practitioner. We talk through your health history, sleep, digestion, stress, and daily habits, and review the tongue photo you send beforehand. Afterwards you receive a written summary with practical next steps. Herbs are not included: you source and steep anything suggested yourself. After booking, you will be asked to send a clear photo of your tongue in good light before the session.
