- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `onething` (If you could just get one thing out of our call today, what would that be?), `kind-of-working` (What was one thing that was kind of working for you this past week?)
- Optional fields: `notes` (Anything else you'd like to share? Great for sharing more you'd like to talk about on our call or just doing a mind dump of things you want to get off your mind.), `guests` (Add guests)
