# Software Planning Workshop with NerdySpider

> A three-hour working session to plan your custom software, app, portal, or automation. Meet in person at our Lethbridge office (#1A, 409 5 Street South) or remotely via Zoom — whichever you prefer. Choose your preferred location when booking. Both options are $750 CAD, paid at booking. We map your workflow, users, features, integrations, and priorities. In approximately one week after the session and receipt of the required information, we deliver an accurate scope document and an exact estimate for the agreed scope — your blueprint before development begins. Bring the decision-maker and the people who use the process, plus examples of your current tools, forms, and spreadsheets. Software development and ongoing service costs are quoted separately.

- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `title` (Name of your company?), `notes` (What would you like to build or improve?)
- Optional fields: `guests` (Add guests), `Websiteurl` (Link to Website)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `location` is optional; without it the booking uses the event’s first location.
