# Free 30-Minute Spousal / Common-Law PR Consultation with Kumar / New Journey Immigration

Meeting details are provided upon confirmation. Audio-only or phone call consultations are not available. Consultations are not conducted through text or chat messaging. This consultation is intended to assess your individual relationship and sponsorship circumstances, discuss the applicable sponsorship process and possible pathways, and provide guidance on relevant next steps based on the information you provide when booking. The information you provide helps the RCIC determine whether the consultation is appropriate for your circumstances and whether there is sufficient information to prepare for a meaningful discussion. After reviewing your request, the RCIC will either confirm the appointment or decline the request. A request may be declined if the consultation is not appropriate for your circumstances, the wrong consultation type has been selected, or the information provided is insufficient to support a meaningful consultation. Where appropriate, preliminary guidance or information about alternative service options may be provided. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with the meeting details, including the Google Meet link. If your spouse/partner is in a different location and would like to attend the consultation with you, you may add their email address so they can receive the meeting invitation and details. For the best consultation experience, please use a desktop or laptop where possible, particularly if screen sharing may be helpful during the consultation. * If you are unable to attend your consultation, please cancel or reschedule the appointment in advance whenever possible.
