# 45 minute Meditation & Mindful Inquiry with Nico Akiba

Ensure that your space is well lit with a comfortable place to sit, as well the ability to move around and lie down. Please silence your phone before the session begins and use a computer or tablet for the session. The goal is to have a cozy nest that feels safe, welcoming, and is free of interruptions. In addition to the 45 minutes we'll have together, I encourage you to also schedule yourself some open time and space afterwards to deepen the integration before needing to focus on something else.
