- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `organization` (Organization), `email` (Email address)
- Optional fields: `attendeePhoneNumber` (Phone number), `guests` (Add guests), `title` (What is this meeting about?), `notes` (Additional notes), `source` (How did you find me?)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
