- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `phone-number` (Phone Number), `help-needed-in` (What do you need help with?), `title` (Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting.)
- Optional fields: none
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `lengthInMinutes` picks one of 15, 20, 30; pass the same value to the slots request as `duration`.
