- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `product_url` (Your product or help-center URL)
- Optional fields: `notes` (Additional notes), `guests` (Add guests), `stuck_flow` (What's the one flow users most often get stuck on?), `help_platform` (Where do your help articles live?)
