These classes are curated towards the deep relaxation and meditation requirements of those people who are seeking to remove chronic stress, anxiety and any emotional disregulation
We run these classes on Weekends (Saturday and Sunday evenings, 5:30 to 6:30 pm)

Weekday Morning Integrated Yoga Classes

These classes are conducted from 8-9am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and from 8-9:30am on Saturday & Sunday.
Weekday and Weekend Classes are also run as separate batches with a different fee cycle.
These classes are based on the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga and are conducted by the founding team members.
These classical yoga routines are not classes but sacred spaces where people come to reclaim aspects of physical, mental, and emotional health they had lost while performing for the world outside and living many lives as mothers, sisters, wives, daughters, and working professionals.
Only in very select cases do we admit men known to the women who mostly attend our program.

Morning Mantra Sadhana

Morning Mantra Sadhana is conducted from 6:15 am to 6:30 am on weekdays, Monday to Friday.
We believe we have relied too much on our intellect and conscious mind to engage with the world around us, and we have seen the limitations this kind of interaction brings.
This morning, the 15-minute mantra sadhana capsule is geared to improve the quality of our subconscious mind and fine-tune it daily, such that our lived experience is in harmony and in rhythm with our best self.
We do three mantras:
1. The Mahamrityunjaya Mantra 11 times
2. The Gayatri Mantra 11 times
3. 32 Names of Goddess Durga 3 times.
with the right affirmations and resolutions.
We also guarantee that if you are consistent with this practice, it will improve the quality of your day, with everything around you remaining the same, and will slowly motivate you to live your best life.
You may be a "gym person", a "morning walker", a "runner", or a "sportsperson", but this practice benefits universally.
This is also purely vibrational and we chant at a specific frequency and encourage you to chant with us together.
