Implementation kick off
This is the first step to getting Open.cx up and running for your team. On this call, we’ll go through your current support setup, understand your goals, and connect the necessary tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, etc.). We’ll also walk through how the AI agent works, what it can handle out of the box, and how to tailor it to your tone, workflows, and business rules.
By the end of the session, we aim to have:
- A clear plan for rollout (phased or full)
- Your AI agent connected to the right channels (chat, email, voice, etc.)
- Key automations enabled
- Success metrics defined (resolution %, handoff rate, CSAT impact)
This call usually takes ~30 minutes and helps us move quickly toward live usage.
