My work centers around uncovering your inner honesty in order to live the most aligned life as your innate, authentic self.
This looks like deep nervous system regulation, emotional alchemy, and unpacking the stories we've been told to sort signal from noise. I use Spinal Energetics, Acupuncture, and my psychic gifts, often in combination.

The core of my work is done time independently.
For those new to me, the first session is a live consultation call so we can connect and attune into working energetically.
From there, sessions are conducted asynchronously: I give the session, you receive them whenever you're ready. Simply set the intention.
