We will call/text prior to arrvial.

We can not move any furniture. If furniture needs to be moved and you like to have the rug placed back down, addtional fees will be applied

USEFUL TIPS: For a fast and smooth rug pickup:

- Remove light furniture off the rug

- Keep pets aside in one area

- Keep the rug unrolled

- Can leave rug outside if you like
