A check-in space created to review your progress, refine your wellness plan, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way. Speaking one-on-one with myself, your herbalist, we will look at how your body, mind, and daily routine have responded since our initial consultation.

During this 30-minute session, we will assess what is working well, address any new questions or challenges, and adjust your herbal and lifestyle support as your needs evolve. It is an intentional time to stay aligned, encourage your growth, and keep building momentum on your path to wellness.

Progress & Feedback Review:Evaluating how you are feeling, tracking improvements, and listening to how your body is responding.

Refining Herbal Support: Adjusting herbal recommendations or botanical resources to match your current health stage.
