Before building PAICE, Sam led global learning technology and analytics initiatives for organizations including YouTube, ADP, Convatec, AAA, and National 4-H Council. His work spans AI adoption strategy, risk-aware implementation, and systems governance across complex enterprise environments. A long-time advocate for measurable learning and responsible AI, he created the PAICE Portfolio to help define and advance Aggregate Intelligence.
