- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `company` (Company and role), `problem` (What AI feature is in production, and what is it doing that you don't like?)
- Optional fields: `notes` (Additional notes), `guests` (Add guests), `spend` (Rough monthly spend on inference / LLM APIs), `links` (Anything I should read first? (repo, docs, dashboard link))
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
