Discovery Session

A quick initial conversation to build a rapport about where you're at, what you need, and the parameters of beginning the therapeutic journey.

Counseling / Psychotherapy

Counselling session with no specific modalities, focusing on a therapeutic conversation. The extra 30 minute buffer exists because I do not believe in closing the session until the therapeutic process has reached a conclusion and your nervous system is regulated again.

Region-based Fees:

₹4000 – 60min; ₹4500 – 90min

$100 – 60min; $130 – 90 min

€100 – 60 min; €130 – 90 min

Checking In & Catching Up

A quick check-in in case of a crisis/question/doubt, or a challenge during the therapeutic process, for clients who have had at least 1 session already, for

For marriages, couples, polycules and families.

₹5000 – 90min (+500 for each extra person beyond 2)
