I'm a Staff Product Designer with nearly a decade of experience at companies like Shopify, Okta, and Capital One. My path into design started in Biochemistry, which means I have a lot of empathy for designers who feel behind, stuck, or unsure where they fit.


I've been an Individual Contributor (IC) and a Manager. I've navigated burnout, poor management, career pivots, and the messy middle of figuring out what's next. I don't mentor from a playbook, I mentor from experience.
