# Free Signal Check Call with Alison Sinclair

> 👋 Hi, I'm Alison. I support fast-minded, hyper-independent senior professionals who feel like life and leadership have become harder than they need to be, while quietly carrying more than is visible from the outside. If there's a challenge, situation or recurring experience you'd like to explore, you're welcome to bring it. We can look at what's happening, what may be contributing to it, and what might help. Or, if you're simply curious about how I work and whether it could be useful for you, that's completely fine too. I look forward to meeting you. Alison Sinclair Pilot Your Mind®
