What To Expect At The Workshop & My Cancellation Policy

This course is broken up into 6 one hour sessions and will focus on improving your communication skills. We will be building your practical skills, therefore it will be an interactive workshop.

Cancellation Policy for events.

If you need to cancel a workshop

I try my best to price my sessions fairly and offer good value for money. As a small business we have a clear non-refundable policy to ensure that our costs are covered, and the ongoing viability of our workshops are protected.

The full price of the lesson will be charged if you do not show up or cancel on the day of the scheduled lesson (this includes illness).

If you contact me at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled session, then I can offer a transfer to an alternative date, providing there are dates available. If there are no suitable future dates, I can provide a voucher to be used for a future session within 1 month.

Our right to cancel a workshop.

Should I need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, I will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation and offer a full refund or voucher to be used for a future workshop. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs, if applicable.

As I often run back-to-back lessons, please arrive on time to ensure you get your full lesson. The entire fee for the lesson is payable if the client is late and the missed time cannot be made up.
