Those who are scheduling this type of event may be subject to charges based on specific additional requests made; in addition, those scheduling this event are subject to a $50 USD no-show fee.

If you wish to have me attend a meeting in-person at an address of your choice, you must schedule a minimum of 1 week ahead of time, and must agree to cover transportation, food, and lodging costs in addition to lost working hours as required to attend unless otherwise previously agreed upon.
