# Yin Therapy – Deep Relaxation Through Yin Yoga & Thai Massage with My Colourful Yoga

> Yin Therapy is a deeply relaxing experience combining the stillness of Yin Yoga with the nurturing touch of traditional Thai massage. While you rest in supported Yin postures, gentle pressure, assisted stretches and mindful touch are used to help release muscular tension, encourage relaxation and create a greater sense of ease throughout the body. The session is slow-paced and adapted to your comfort, making it suitable for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows you to move freely. No massage oil is used. Let me know before booking if you are pregnant or have any injuries, medical conditions or mobility concerns so the session can be adapted appropriately. Please arrive approximately five minutes before your appointment.
