45 Min. Estate Plan Initial Consultation
This is a relaxed conversation where you can tell me about your situation and what's driving your interest in estate planning right now. Maybe you've had a major life change, are concerned about your family's future, or simply want to get organized. Whatever’s on your mind, I want to understand your specific goals and concerns.
During our chat, we'll cover:
- What's most important to you in an estate plan
- Your family dynamics and any unique considerations
- A general overview of your assets and how they're currently set up
- Questions you have about the estate planning process
- How I can help create a plan that truly fits your needs
No homework required for this first conversation - just bring your questions and an open mind. We'll figure out together what documents and strategies make the most sense for your situation.

Final Document Signing
During this meeting we'll do a final review and explanation of all of your estate plan documents (will, trust, powers of attorney, etc.). I'll explain how they function together as a complete estate plan and answer any questions you have. We'll then execute all the documents with proper witnesses and notarization as required by California law.
Please plan for approximately 45 minutes for this meeting.
After signing, I'll provide you with guidance on next steps, including funding your trust, updating beneficiary designations, and storing your original documents securely.
