Recruiting teams scheduling on Cal.com
Built for retail, hospitality, logistics and support hiring
Volume hiring lives or dies on show rate and coordinator time. Cal.com removes the coordinator and sends the reminder.
Put a booking link in the application confirmation email and SMS. Round-robin spreads screens across the recruiter pool with limits per day; seated events run group sessions. Workflows send SMS reminders and confirmations, and webhooks push outcomes to the ATS.
How volume teams run on Cal.com
Self-schedule, spread, remind.
Part of Cal.com for recruiting
In-house teams, agencies and campus programmes share the platform.
Hiring events, info sessions and open houses
Publish a recruiting event with seats: an engineering open house, a campus info session, a virtual hiring day. Candidates register, you see the list, reminders go out.
I'm hosting an engineering open house on Oct 21 at 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM at HQ, 4th floor, 200 Pine St.
