Recruiting teams scheduling on Cal.com
Built for recruiters, hiring managers and panels
A loop touches five calendars. Cal.com collective events find the slot that works for all of them, and round-robin spreads screens across recruiters fairly.
Give candidates a link to book their screen with the recruiter pool. For onsite loops, a collective event combines the panel's calendars into one set of slots. Booking questions collect the candidate's details, and webhooks or Zapier update Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby.

Part of Cal.com for recruiting
Staffing agencies, executive search and campus teams share the platform.
Hiring events, info sessions and open houses
Publish a recruiting event with seats: an engineering open house, a campus info session, a virtual hiring day. Candidates register, you see the list, reminders go out.
I'm hosting an engineering open house on Oct 21 at 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM at HQ, 4th floor, 200 Pine St.
