This evaluation includes:

• Clinical interview + psychological assessment (PAI)
• Partner (if applicable) joins the interview (45 - 60 min)

• Consultation for intended or recipient parents working with a gestational carrier or donor. Covers readiness, expectations, and emotional prep for third-party reproduction.
• Typical time is 45 minutes, but please allow for an hour
• Important: After booking, you will receive an email with required intake forms and an invoice (if an agency is not involved). Forms must be completed and payment received by the deadline indicated. Your Zoom link will only be sent after your forms have been received.

• Joint session for intended parents and their gestational carrier or directed (identified) donor. Supports rapport, expectations, and open communication.
• Typical time is 30-40 minutes
