# The 45 minutes with Ray Feng

> Before we meet We look at your business the way a customer would. It takes us about 1-3 hours: We search for the job you do, in your suburb. That's how strangers find you. We search for your business name. That's how people who were recommended to you find you. We ask Google's AI, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude what your customers would ask. Ten times each, because their answers change every time. We read your reviews beside your two nearest rivals. Bring two numbers if you can Calls you missed and didn't return in the last 7 days. Your phone's call log has them; it takes two minutes. Quotes you sent but haven't followed up. If you've used our free check, they're already in. In the 45 minutes We show you what we found and what it's likely costing you. Then what we'd fix first, including what you can do yourself. If the full service isn't right for you, we'll say so.
