Rebel Animal Rescue
At Rebel Animal Rescue, we are dedicated to saving and supporting animals in need. Many of our services, including supply pickups and medical support, are reserved for our approved foster parents rather than the general public.
Since I often work off-site handling rescues, transport, and community outreach, appointments are required to ensure the right resources are available when you arrive. Booking the correct appointment type is critical to receiving the right care, whether it's foster supplies, pet pantry assistance, or fundraiser pickups.
Thank you for helping us stay organized so we can continue to serve as many animals as possible! 🐾
Pet Pantry
Supplies are available only while in stock and are distributed by appointment only. When booking, you’ll be asked what you need—if we don’t have it, we’ll let you know.
⚠️ Limit: One visit per month per family.
📍 Appointment required—no walk-ins.
If your requested items are unavailable, we’ll contact you before your appointment. Thank you for understanding as we work to help as many pets as possible!

Sick Visit (Tech Exam)
Non-Life Threatening Illness: If your foster pet is unwell with a non-life-threatening condition, you can schedule a sick exam appointment. Please bring your foster to our shop for this appointment. Here, we can gather basic information and conduct routine tests to aid our vet in diagnosing and formulating a treatment plan. In most cases, medications can be provided during this visit. If not available immediately, you may return once they are ready for pick-up.
Life-Threatening Issues: If your foster pet is experiencing a potentially life-threatening issue, please TEXT Cynthia immediately at (806) 557-0236. This number is strictly for text messages and not for calls. It is reserved solely for foster emergencies and should not be shared with the general public.
When texting, include essential observations about the animal's condition and why you believe it is life-threatening.

Intake Exam
When you receive your new foster pet, please bring them to our shop for intake procedures. We will update vaccines, deworm, microchip, conduct bloodwork, and address flea/tick treatment as necessary. This appointment must be scheduled within one business day of picking up your foster pet from a partner shelter. You can also collect necessary supplies for the animal during this visit.

Donation Drop Off
As a foster-based organization, we frequently work off-site. To ensure someone is available to accept your donation or assist foster parents returning supplies, please schedule an appointment before visiting our shop location.

Foster Vaccines
We administer one vaccination to adult animals and three vaccinations, spaced two weeks apart, to all young animals.
If your foster's vaccinations are due within three days of their HC, we can vaccinate them during that appointment. If their vaccinations are due more than three days from the HC, please schedule an appointment to bring them in. During the appointment, we will update their weight, take a photo, and administer the necessary vaccines and dewormer.

Supply Pick Up
We are pleased to support you with supplies for your foster pet. Depending on availability, we can provide bedding, towels, blankets, kennels, bowls, food, collar, leash, toys, and potty pads. If there's anything else you need, whether listed or not, please schedule a pickup appointment. Be sure to specify the supplies you require so we can confirm availability before your visit to our shop

🐾 Health Certificate 🐾
📅 How This Works:
✅ Appointments are limited—please sign up ASAP.
✅ If you have issues scheduling, let us know!
✅ This helps us streamline the process while respecting the veterinarian’s time.
🐾 What is a Health Certificate?
A health certificate (HC) is required for any animal slated for transport. Our veterinarian will examine your foster pet to ensure they are healthy and free from communicable diseases before travel.

🐾 Volunteer Orientation 🐾
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Rebel Animal Rescue! This orientation will introduce you to our mission, volunteer roles, and how you can make an impact—whether in person or from home.
We have set aside one hour for this session, but if we can cover everything in a shorter time, we’ll wrap up early. If you need a longer session for additional training or questions, please let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly.
We appreciate your time and dedication to helping animals in need. We couldn’t do this without volunteers like you!

🐾 Adoption Meet & Greet 🐾
At Rebel Animal Rescue, all meet-and-greets are by appointment only—you must schedule in advance to meet our animals. Some of our pets live on-site, while others are in foster care, so we will take this into account before confirming your appointment.
We encourage you to bring your family and other pets to ensure a great match! If we need to plan to meet elsewhere, we will discuss that with you beforehand. Otherwise, once your appointment is confirmed, plan to meet at our shop off Bell and McCormick Road.
Thank you for choosing to adopt! ❤️🐶🐱
