Pregnancy massage is a relaxing massage tailored to the needs of the mum to be. The massage is performed with the client on their side in a safe position for both mum and baby, this is usually a lighter touch massage with broad sweeping strokes but could include deeper massage techniques on request if safe to do so.
In this shorter session we will focus on a section of the body, usually back, neck and shoulders but specific needs can be discussed on booking.

Pregnancy massage is only suitable in the second and third trimester.
