Our journey together starts now! I am here to hold precious space for you.

To prepare for our time together, please read the below instructions:

please be in a quiet and private place [this session is for you; honor that time]
preferably in a place where you can lie down
you will need a blanket [have it handy to use if you get cold], a pillow [to put under your knees], and water or hot tea.
we will start with a guided meditation
there will be moments of silence
music will be playing in the background [if I am called to]
once the meditation is complete, we will have some time to talk, where we will share what we felt and saw
note: some symbolisms might not make sense to me, but they will to you while listening or a few days later

Let's create a safe space for you to express and open up to listen to your true ESSENCE.
