Why? Because we are optimising everything for LTV WHILE ensuring that we are first order profitable.
As opposed to having a higher first order margin but a lower LTV.

Using this approach, we've been able to increase the price elasticity for several clients of ours:

The Cinnamon Kitchen has an AOV of Rs.1800 while all their competitors have an AOV of Rs.800-1000.
Varalife has an AOV of Rs.3,900 compared to their industry AOV of Rs. 2,200.
Manzuri has an AOV of Rs.3,500 compared to industry AOV of Rs.2,500.
Durva Life has an AOV of 4,200 compared to an industry AOV of Rs.1,800.
Just Human has an AOV of 4,500 compared to an industry AOV of Rs.1,600.
