- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `attendeePhoneNumber` (Phone number), `title` (Project Type), `Location` (Project Location), `Project-Stage` (What stage is your project currently at?)

- `location` is optional; without it the booking uses the event’s first location.
