- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `ai_stage` (Where are you right now with AI?)
- Optional fields: `attendeePhoneNumber` (Phone number), `notes` (What part of your business feels the most manual or time-consuming right now?), `guests` (Add guests)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
