I'm an Instructional Designer in Idaho State University's Instructional Technology Resource Center.

I help instructors (i.e. faculty or grad students) with Canvas and ISU's other campus-wide instructional technology. I'm also very happy to discuss pedagogy, instructional design, and open educational resources (OER).

If you need help with non-instructional technologies (email, Duo, etc.), you'll need to reach out to the IT Service Desk. That's a different department with different behind-the-scenes access than I have.
