I'm an Instructional Designer in Idaho State University's Instructional Technology Resource Center (ITRC).

I work with instructors at ISU (whether faculty or grad students) to effectively use Canvas and ISU's other campus-wide instructional technology. I'm also very happy to discuss pedagogy, instructional design, and open educational resources (OER).

If you need help with non-instructional technologies (email, Duo, etc.), you'll need to reach out to ISU's IT Service Desk. That's a different department with different behind-the-scenes access than I have.
