Whether you're here with something specific to work with, or just a feeling you should be here, let's look at what is present and let it speak.

In my sessions, I listen deeply to what wants to move. You may have a plan, but something else may want to guide us. In these sessions, we trust what emerges to be the thing that needs moving.

Some sessions go inward. When we are in your inner landscape, I call on FlowForm, my archetypal methodology that connects early experiences to whatever is obstructing your creative channel now. I walk this landscape with reverence and care.

Other sessions go outward, to midwife the form you are birthing-shaping-summoning: be it brand, business, or creative craft.

Most sessions go both ways, for in my work they are two parts of one whole.

I will transmit what the idea wants to become, but I meet the person before the idea. Your heart is the center of the story.

This work is for people in the middle of something becoming or changing, who want to be met at the crossroads and accompanied through the necessary dark. It is not therapy or counseling, and it does not replace either.

I record my sessions and send you a follow-up from these recordings, as well as the session to revisit as you want. If you would rather I did not, say so before we begin and I will turn it off.

Choose your length of time: sixty minutes for one thing, ninety if you already know it runs deeper than that. Two hours when there is real ground to cover, you want to workshop fully or and cover a lot of territory.

Please note even sixty minutes is energetically, intellectually, and emotionally intense. I recommend padding this session out so you can arrive with space and integrate after. Aftercare is a must!
