Samantha Garstin

Hi, I'm Samantha. I'm a professional speaker, coach and educator specialising in menstrual wellness and neurodivergence. As an autistic ADHDer, I know how hard it can be to find support that actually accounts for the way your body and brain work together.

Most systems are built on the assumption of steady, consistent energy and capacity. But that's simply not the truth.

My work sits at the intersection of hormones and neurodivergence. I help people understand their fluctuating capacity by learning the language of their bodies, working with their energy rather than against it, and building practical strategies that actually fit.

πŸ‘‰ 1:1 Coaching - I support individuals to make sense of their hormones and their brains, map their patterns, and build strategies that help you stop fighting your body and start trusting it (because nobody loves being a human puddle once a month without knowing why).

πŸ‘‰ Bloody Marvellous Workshops, Training & Keynotes - I work with organisations who are ready to understand how hormones and neurodivergence influence the capacity, engagement and motivation of their people.

I've completed 180+ hours of Cycle Coach Facilitator Training, accredited by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), and I'm a Professional Member of the Speakers Association (MPSA). My practice is evidence-informed, trauma-aware and client-led, shaped by both professional training and lived experience.
