Samantha Garstin

Samantha Garstin is a professional speaker, coach and educator in Menstrual Wellness and Neurodivergence. As an Autistic ADHDer, she knows how hard it is to find support that truly works for both your body and your brain.

She’s spent years helping people ditch generic advice and build real-world strategies that actually fit. Whether it’s understanding how hormones and neurodivergence intersect, manging hormonal imbalances, learning the language of your body, or discovering rhythms that work with your energy, her work is tailored, practical, and grounded in lived experience.

She offers 1:1 coaching to help you make sense of your hormones and your brain, so you can stop fighting your body and start trusting it, without bending yourself to fit a world that doesn’t.

Through her Bloody Marvellous Workshops, training and keynotes, Samantha helps workplaces put period stigma where it belongs... in the bin! To make space for supportive environments where every body and brain can shine.

Samantha has completed over 180 hours of formal training in menstrual health and cyclical living, including Cycle Coach Facilitator Training accredited by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

Her practice is grounded in evidence-informed education, neurodivergent lived experience, and ongoing professional development. With years of experience working across individual coaching and workplace training, she brings depth, nuance, and a trauma-aware, client-led approach to menstrual wellness.
