Samantha Garstin

I’m a professional speaker, coach and educator specialising in menstrual wellness and neurodivergence.

As an autistic ADHDer, I know how hard it can be to find support that genuinely works for both your body and your brain. Most advice assumes steady energy and limitless capacity. Real life doesn’t.

My work sits at the intersection of hormones and neurodivergence.

I help people understand their capacity by learning the language of their bodies, managing hormonal challenges, and working with their energy rather than against it.

You can work with me in two ways...

👉 1:1 Coaching
I support individuals to make sense of their hormones and their brains, map their patterns, and build practical strategies that reduce the cost of pushing through.

👉 Bloody Marvellous Workshops, Training & Keynotes
I work with organisations to challenge period stigma and bring evidence-informed education into the workplace, helping teams understand how hormones and neurodivergence influence capacity, communication and performance.

I’ve completed over 180 hours of formal training in menstrual health and cyclical living, including Cycle Coach Facilitator Training accredited by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT). My practice is evidence-informed, trauma-aware and client-led, shaped by both professional training and lived experience.
