Two hours of video/screen share consulting with Kyle on either a new or continuing project. Up to an hour of video/screen share emergency troubleshooting with Kyle on a problem you're currently experiencing. If this is not an emergency, schedule a regular consulting session for a much lower rate.
NO CANCELLATION, NO RESCHEDULING, NO REFUNDS for emergency troubleshooting. Not booked/billed until confirmed by Kyle and you receive a confirmation email, if scheduled with less than 1 hour notice, in case I'm not available.

One day of in person consulting with Kyle at your location of choice to commission a remote telescope, commission an observatory, oversee a major project, perform in-person troubleshooting, etc. Travel costs and the full consulting fee minus the deposit will be billed separately via an invoice. This time slot you choose for this appointment will be for us to discuss the project and scheduling/travel arrangements via a video call. The fee per day is $1,500 plus travel costs. The fee for the initial appointment will be credited as a deposit against your future invoice and is NON-REFUNDABLE unless canceled 1 day prior to our initial consultation.
