Trusted by fast-growing companies around the world

Every service, its own scheduling link

A cut is 45 minutes, a colour is three hours with a break in the middle, a consultation is free. Cal.com gives each service its own duration, price, buffer and questions, so clients book exactly what they need and you know what is coming.

Set opening hours per stylist and per chair. Clients choose a service, pick a person or take the first available, and pay a deposit if you ask for one. Reminders go out before the appointment, and cancellations follow the window you set.

A day at the salon, booked

From the first consultation to the regular six-week visit.

Reminders that fill the chair

Workflows send SMS and email reminders, ask for confirmation, and let clients reschedule themselves instead of calling the front desk.

SMS and email reminders

The day before and the hour before, with the address, the stylist's name and a reschedule link.

Cancellation windows

Minimum notice and cancellation limits are settings on the scheduling link. Late cancellations can keep the deposit.

Calendars in sync

Google, Outlook and Apple calendars stay in step, so a stylist's day off blocks the chair everywhere.

Any language, any time zone

Booking pages in your clients' language, with appointment times shown in theirs.

One page for the whole team

Cal.com teams give every stylist, barber and therapist their own availability under one shared salon page.

Team booking pages

The salon's page lists every service and stylist. Each stylist's own page lists only what they do.

First available

Round-robin assigns walk-in style bookings to whoever is free, so new clients never wait for a specific name.

Insights

Appointments per stylist, no-show rates, busiest hours and revenue per service in one dashboard.

  • Thrilled with this scheduling app—it's a game-changer. The intuitive interface and advanced features streamline my time management. The standout, however, is the incredible support team—swift, expert responses to every query. A perfect combo for seamless scheduling and top-notch customer service. P.s. Way better than Calendly

  • I just migrated from calendly to cal.com I'm liking it so far. I wasn't particularly displeased with calendly. It's fine. But I like that cal is OSS and my sub to calendly was coming up for renewal so I thought I'd check it out. Looks good.

  • Without a doubt the best calendar/scheduling application I have ever used. It has all of the advanced features I need while also being insanely intuitive and straightforward for both end-users and booking recipients. Love it!!

  • for the love of me, why do people still use Calendly? Just today I have seen products reference Calendly while they know of @calcom It's a no brainer for me to use , their brand is amazing, cool team + they even have more compelling features 🤷

  • Amazing. I've been sharing it with everyone I know. It's helped me create more events spontaneously, because of how smooth it is compared to Calendly and Harmonizely.

  • Very easy to set up and start. Connected with my Google calendar without any problem. Connecting with Microsoft gives me an error. But other than that the user interface is very good.

  • Just gave it a go and it's definitely the easiest meeting I've ever scheduled! No context switching, no distractions, and works even better on mobile too.
