Before booking a slot, please note: • We primarily work only with companies hiring for the US markets with 20% focus if you sell to India(only if your budget is 16 lacs in fixed CTC and above) • Minimum SDR budget for experienced SDRs: 12 lacs fixed CTC. • Minimum budget for a Founding SDR role: 18-20 lacs fixed CTC (24-30 lacs OTE including variable). • Our fee: 15 % of fixed CTC. • Payment terms: 30 days from DOJ of the SDR (non negotiable).
