Yoga Instruction Waiver, Release of Liability, and Terms of Agreement By checking the

agreement box or completing your booking, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the

following terms and policies:

1\. Waiver and Release of Liability: I acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled in yoga

instruction, classes, workshops, or related activities (the "Yoga Activities") provided by

Karina Jackson. I understand that Yoga Activities may involve physical exertion and carry

inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, heart issues, or

aggravation of preexisting conditions. I affirm that I am in good physical health and capable

of participating, and I have consulted a physician regarding any concerns or voluntarily

chosen to proceed without doing so. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I

hereby voluntarily release, waive, and discharge the Instructor/Sedona Healing Space, its

employees, agents, affiliates, and property owners from any and all claims, demands, or

causes of action for injury, death, damages, or loss arising out of or connected with

participation in Yoga Activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

2\. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Due to limited space and the preparation involved for

each engagement, all bookings are final and strictly non-refundable.

● Single Classes & Packages: Non-refundable. Missed or unused sessions will not be credited,

refunded, or prorated for partial attendance, schedule conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal.

● Workshops/Events: No refunds will be issued for cancellations, though rescheduling may be

offered at discretion.

● Instructor Cancellation: If the Instructor cancels a session, package, or event, participants will

be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule or receive a credit.

3\. Media Release: Participation in Yoga Activities includes consent to the use of photographs or

videos taken during sessions for marketing or promotional purposes by the Instructor, unless you

explicitly notify the instructor otherwise prior to the session.

4\. Acknowledgment of Terms: By checking the designated box and/or completing your

booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted this waiver and refund policy,

agree to abide by all safety instructions and studio policies, and voluntarily waive all legal rights

to sue for injury, death, or damages connected to my participation.)
