The Direct Session Calendar Link is https://cal.com/self-care-ease-wellness-tips/30-minute-self-care-reset-rapid-insight-virtual-session *THE COST COVERS BOTH SESSIONS This 2-Part Session Series offers a personalized, in-depth look at how your eating patterns function in real life. In the first session, we explore how your ***primary archetype expresses under varying levels of capacity, and how your system naturally moves between patterns. This is designed as a 2-part process, because true clarity and meaningful support unfold over time—it can’t be fully accessed in a single session. THE SESSION IS 45 MINUTES LONG-WE WILL SCHEDULE THE 2ND SESSION (1 hour, 30 minutes long) OF THIS 2-PART SESSION SERIES DURING THIS FIRST SESSION. ***YOU WILL BE INVITED TO TAKE THE EATING ARCHETYPE QUIZ BEFORE THE SESSION, IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE SO ALREADY You’ll gain clarity on what your patterns are working toward, and why your experience with food shifts from moment to moment. This includes a deeper understanding of your cravings—what they signal, how they change with your capacity, and why they arise in the way they do. FOR THIS 1ST SESSION (1 hour and a half) If you already trust your body and value intuitive eating, this is where we go further—into the moments where hunger and fullness alone don’t fully guide the experience, and eating still feels a bit unclear, unfinished, or effortful. Together, we’ll build on the core principles of intuitive eating while introducing a complementary layer of support drawn from your Eating Archetype results and the SavorSense™ framework. Using your Eating Archetype results, we’ll explore how your cravings reflect real-time shifts in your nervous system—and what they’ve been trying to help you complete. NOTE: If you haven't already completed the 3-minute Eating Archetype quiz, you will have the opportunity to do so before the session. In this session, you can expect to: • Understand your dominant archetype patterns—and how they shift based on capacity, stress, and context • Learn what your cravings are actually asking for (beyond the food itself), based on their link to the 9 core nervous system states. • Understand "Completion" in regards to eating; and possibly—and why eating may feel unfinished or repetitive • Reframe past eating experiences with clarity and neutrality, without shame or second-guessing This is not a session about rules, restriction, or “better” choices. It’s about understanding the why behind your eatingpatterns, so that food can feel quieter, more complete, and easier to navigate. Most clients leave with a sense of relief, validation, and a new level of trust in their body______—along with a few simple, personalized shifts that make eating feel more steady and supportive right away. If you’ve ever felt like you’re “doing everything right” but something still isn’t clicking, this session helps you see what’s been missing—and how to gently bring it into place. The goal is to achieve "neutrality" around food cravings, instead of letting them control you; so you finally end food stress and feel liberated around food. FOR THE SECOND SESSION: We take what we uncovered in Session 1… and apply it to your actual day-to-day reality. 🔍 Step 1: Pantry Discovery (Mini-Session) We look at what you actually have on hand—no ideal version, no “shoulds.” Together, we assess: What’s currently available to you How your food setup is supporting (or missing) your Archetype patterns Where your system might be getting “stuck” or unsupported Then we connect what you’re experiencing to what’s available This is where things often become clearer. You’re able to see how your cravings and patterns are not random— but directly shaped by what your system has access to. This is where Availability becomes visible—not theoretical. Step 2: Connect the Dots We map: Your Archetype signals → What’s actually available → What’s missing or mismatched Step 3: Adjust the environment (make support easier to access)This is where most of the change actually happens. We’re asking: Can your system access support easily—or does everything require effort? Examples: If cooking feels overwhelming → We intentionally include convenience options (so eating happens before urgency builds) If decisions feel draining → We reduce options down to a few reliable go-to foods (instead of standing in front of the fridge unsure) If meals feel incomplete → We structure eating so there’s a clear way to finish (not just start and stop) If you’re skipping meals or delaying → We make food more visible, quicker, and easier to start These changes reduce: effort decision load friction Which directly supports regulation. So you can clearly see: “Oh… this is why my cravings keep repeating.” Essentially, we will translate that insight into tailored support—through both food and environment—so your system has what it needs without added pressure. The result is a more easeful, grounded relationship with food, where cravings are understood as meaningful signals, rather than problems to solve.)
