If this is your first time here, an Initial Somatic Session is the place to start. If you’d prefer to connect first and sense whether we’re a good fit, you might like to book a complementary curiosity call. And if we’ve worked together before, welcome back. You’re invited to book a regular somatic session.

Working together over time
You’ll also find bundles of three or six sessions available below, offered with a small saving. Bundles support continuity and depth, while leaving room for the natural ebbs and flows of life.
