Sitara

Sitara (they/them) is a Chennai-based social entrepreneur, educator, and community care leader. They are the Founder & Executive Director of Ember Root Collective, a neurodivergent- and trans-led community care center, and CEO of Rastara.co, a social-impact health-tech startup building the trans economy.

With 12 years of experience across mental health, youth and family services, education, program development, and patient-centered service design, Sitara builds accessible, harm-reduction, gender-, plural-, and neurodivergent-affirming systems of care.
