I build communities that people actually return to. Seven-plus years across developer ecosystems, founder networks, and operator communities, at early-stage startups, inside Microsoft, and while co-founding OG Club DAO, which was acquired by Brinc.
The work I'm most proud of isn't the headline numbers. It's that the retention held. 28K developers at Masai with zero budget. 23K founders and operators across 8 countries at OG Club. A GitHub community at Microsoft where developers answered each other before the product team did.
I've also worked directly with AI founder communities, running programs end-to-end for AIBoomi, Uppekha, and Draper Startups. That's where I learned what early-stage founders actually need from a community versus what looks good on a deck.
Currently leading DevRel at FastRouter.ai, focused on community-led GTM for AI infrastructure.
