Virtual Session
A 60-minute virtual training session hosted via Google Meet, where I guide you through a workout. This can be done with all types of equipment access, from bodyweight at home to virtually walking you through a workout at your gym (please only book this if you have time when the gym is quiet and not crowded).
Please, make sure you've FIRST booked an intro-call or spoken with me via email at [email protected] before booking.
$70/hour or as part of a larger session package - invoice must be paid before appointment confirmation.
