CHF 240 · 120 minutes What to expect - A short conversation at the start about how you feel, where you hold tension and what you'd like to focus on - Slow, deep-tissue techniques with hands, forearms and targeted pressure - Work on muscular and fascial tension across the whole body, combined with breathing and gentle mobilisation - Pressure adjusted to you throughout. If something is too much, tell me and I'll change it - A calm finish and a few minutes of rest before you leave Payment Payment is made after your treatment by TWINT or cash. Cancellation Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, 50% of the booked treatment price applies and is invoiced separately.
