1:1 Breathwork Session – £75
90 min meeting with SoulSync Wellness over Zoom Video or Sanctuary Wellness Centre, St Peter's House, Mansfield Rd., Derby DE1 3TP or Natural Wellness Centre, 108 Derby Rd, Nottingham NG1 5FB. A single 60-90 minute session if you want to try breathwork before committing to the full 6-week programme, or as a standalone session. Founding Client Rate: £60 (rising to £80 once the first 15 spots are filled). In exchange, I ask for honest feedback and a short testimonial afterwards. New to breathwork? This is a good way to start. Ready for real, lasting change? The 6-week programme is where that happens.
