75 min meeting with SoulSync Wellness over Zoom Video. A compassionate, client-led coaching session to help you gain clarity, build self-awareness, and move forward with what matters to you. Whether you're navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or just need space to think things through with someone who gets it - this is for you. What to expect: A safe, non-judgmental space to explore what's on your mind Reflective questions that help you access your own wisdom Practical tools and perspectives to support your next steps No pressure, no fixing - just honest, supportive conversation My coaching approach is trauma-informed and integrative. I draw on IFS (Internal Family Systems), somatic awareness, and lived experience to help you reconnect with yourself and build resilience. Founding Client Rate: £40 (usually £60) As a founding client, I'm offering a reduced rate in exchange for your honest feedback and a testimonial about your experience. Sessions are held online via Zoom.
